• Use of the application requires registration by creating an account.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• There are three main categories of users: freelancers, small to medium-sized businesses, and accountants.

3. Subscriptions and Licensing

• The application operates on a subscription basis.
• Different license levels are available, each with restrictions on the number of users and organizations that can be managed.
• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, any fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Data Collection and Use

• Personal data, financial details, organizational information, documents, and contacts are collected.
• Users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of this data for the operation of the application.
• Data stored within the application may be sensitive, and measures are taken to protect it.

5. Usage Restrictions

• Users are prohibited from:
  • Using the application for illegal purposes.
  • Breaching or attempting to breach the security of the application.
  • Copying or distributing parts of the application without authorization.

• However, Taxisfox is not responsible for unauthorized access, data loss, or damage caused by third parties.
